Multilingual Bot | Chatbot | Messenger

NTT Communications, the Japan based leading global provider of information and communications technology (ICT) solutions within NTT Group, has built a new AI based platform that will be the solution to this, Multi-lingual Chat & FAQ, the new AI chatbot service that is integrated with inbenta chatbot and NTTCom’s COTOHA AI services (COTOHA Translator and COTOHA AI Voice synthesis) to provide automatic translations for user messages, chatbot and operator responses.

This can be used as the next generation call centre solution. This bot can communicate with end-users in 13 languages by doing a realtime translation on the content created in one-language. If the bot by itself cannot answer users' questions, it can be escalated to an operator. The operator again can communicate in just one-language that will get translated in real-time to any of the other languages supported.  There is an extended voice solution too instead of just text.
