Seamly.ai integrates Inbenta’s chatbot seamlessly with Salesforce’s Live Agent, and adds excellent front-end too. The chatbot answers questions first. If more assistance is required, an availability-check on (possibly) specific skills is carried out, and the actual live chat is fully prepared. Once the agent takes over, the agent is provided with the full chat history, the client card is opened in SalesForce and the conversation for the end-user continues in the same conversational interface. The conversational interface can consist of both an in-page and floating chat-interfaces, which are fully intertwined with each other.
