Zendesk Chat | Chatbot

This adapter allows Inbenta clients to use the Zendesk widget once the user wants to start a chat instead of using Inbenta Hyperchat technology. When the user completes the escalation form, the Zendesk widget appears automatically and a new chat is created on the Zendesk chat platform. Once the conversation ends and the widget closes, the user returns to the Inbenta chatbot conversation.
